Jason Prall is a former mechanical engineer turned entrepreneur, filmmaker, and Health Optimization Practitioner. Due to 20 years of his own health challenges, Jason was given the opportunity to discover the reality behind his symptoms. Through this process, he began working remotely with individuals around world to provide solutions for those suffering from complex health issues that their doctors were unable to resolve. In 2016, Jason transitioned from working in integrative disease care model to a model of health optimization and lifestyle medicine. These lessons were culminated in a free online documentary film series called, “The Human Longevity Project”, which uncovers the true nature of chronic disease in our modern world. He's currently working on his next film series that explores ancient methods of healing mind, body, and soul from indigenous cultures around the world. And he's recently released his best-selling, new book titled, “Beyond Longevity: A Proven Plan for Healing Faster, Feeling Better, and Thriving at Any Age”.
