We do not diagnose or prescribe. We focus on proven foundations: whole-food nutrition, hydration, movement, intermittent fasting, mindset, sleep, and community.

We recommend an overnight fast (8+ hours) and collecting within two hours of waking for the most consistent readings. If that’s not possible, complete the test when it fits your routine.

Do not stop prescribed medications without your provider’s guidance. Avoid supplements for 24 hours before testing, especially biotin, B12, vitamin D, and adaptogens.

Your results are processed by the lab (SiPhox) and shared with you and The Health Institute team. You’ll have access in your SiPhox portal. We protect your data and only use it for your care.

Day 3 is not required for this panel. During registration you’ll share cycle details – the system adjusts reference ranges accordingly.
